Are you a planner? I am not naturally a planner, but as I have gotten older, I’v learned that planning makes my life so much easier and that I am doing myself a HUGE favor when I plan.
I also have a much better week when I plan the week before because I have less things to stress about. I still stress… who doesn’t? Planning helps me feel more in control and reduces the things that I need to stress about.
TRY IT! Take a few minutes to plan 1 thing for upcoming week. I challenge you. I work in an industry where planning in critical to success and they’ve trained me well to plan every Friday for my upcoming week.
You may not see it now, but I promise next week you will be so glad that you took that time this week to make your life easier next week! Here is an idea of an easy thing you can plan to help get you started.
IDEA: Pick out your outfit for 1 day of the week- I purposely chose just 1 day so that you have the other 4 days of the week to compare not having an outfit picked out and this allows you to decide which experience you liked better.
